Do your products require assembly?
Most furniture items require simple assembly. Hardware and instructions are included in the package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Eligible orders include free FedEx shipping within the contiguous United States.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
No. This first version of the store is configured for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only.
What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any return.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us at 123@qq.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help with replacement parts, a replacement, or another suitable solution.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
