30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and include all parts, hardware, accessories, and packaging when possible.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by customer preference, incorrect size choice, wrong color selection, or change of mind, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us with photos so we can help with the best solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or another suitable solution.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
