Shipping Policy

ANJI currently ships eligible furniture orders within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard FedEx delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to item size, destination, weather, carrier schedules, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fee

We offer free FedEx shipping within the contiguous United States for eligible orders. Any special delivery services not listed on the product page may require additional review before shipment.

Multiple Packages

Some furniture sets may ship in multiple boxes. Packages may arrive separately even when they belong to the same order. If your order ships in multiple packages, tracking information may be updated separately.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be available through your ANJI account or the Order Lookup page. You can also contact support@anjihomeliving.com with your order number for assistance.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check around the delivery area and with household members first. Then contact us with your order number so we can help review the shipment details.
